RETURN POLICY


The return of the products is valid 14 calendar days from their purchase according to the terms of the return policy.

Products that do not meet your requirements will be sent back to the NIKTRADE company, str. Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu, no. 76, Craiova, Dolj county, postal code 200059.

Please try the shoe on a soft surface to avoid signs of wear in case of a potential return.

Please return the products unworn or damaged, packed in the original box/bag and with all the original labels. The original box/bag of the product must be packed in a protective bag/foil or placed in a protective box. Please do not use the adhesive tape directly on the original box/bag.

The RETURN SERVICE is provided under the conditions that the products are returned within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the purchase and meet the following cumulative conditions:

  • The original fiscal document (invoice/receipt) proving the purchase of the products in question (and the accompanying documents) is presented;
  • The products are sealed - they are presented for return in the unopened original packaging (which is not damaged and shows no signs of wear), with all the accessories and the label intact;
  • The products must be returned in working condition, without traces of use, damage or impact;
  • The returned products are in stock and from the same lot;
  • The products are not part of the category of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned (eg earplugs, masks, disposable gloves, etc.), except when they are still sealed;
  • The returned products are at the packaging/sale unit (package, roll, box, bag, etc.);
  • If the products are sold in the form of a promotional package, the entire package will be returned, as it was purchased.

If the original box/bag is damaged, we will have to withhold 20 RON from the value of the product, the amount representing the cost of repackaging the product.

In case of non-compliance with these conditions, Niktrade reserves the right to refuse a return if the return criteria are not fully met.

If there are several products that you want to return, please prepare a single package.

Niktrade offers you the following delivery methods:

  • delivery fee, delivery in 1-2 days, delivery cost calculation depending on the value of the order, free delivery for orders over 1000.00 RON.
  • free of charge, from our headquarters (str. Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu, no. 76, Craiova, Dolj county, postal code 200059) according to the working hours Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday: 08:30 - 16:00.
