I am a legal person. Can i buy?

Yes, we honor orders for both individuals and legal entities. To receive the tax invoice with the company's data, please enter the data that will be requested during registration or during the ordering process.

How do I proceed if I want the delivery to be made to a different address than the one specified in my customer account?

In this situation, during the order process, you will have the option to enter the information corresponding to the desired delivery address.

I forgot my account password. How do I proceed?

In case you do not remember your account password, please use the Recover forgotten password option, available on the Account access page.

How do I proceed if I want to change the data in my account?

To modify the data in the customer account, please log in to the account and then access the Update account option, available in the My Account section.

Do I have to have an account to be able to buy?

It is not mandatory to create an account in order to complete the order. Customers who create a customer account benefit from our discounts and exclusive offers, access to the contests organized by us, news with the latest trending products and services.

Can I modify a launched order?

If you want to change an order, please contact us using the contact form on the website. Please also specify the order ID, which you can find in the Order History section.
